If you're a Utahn, then surely you've been here and eaten this.
A tried and true Utahn however, has made fry sauce at home and actually written up a recipe for it. Yup, that's me. After many mixings, here is my famous combination and I'm sharing it with you!
2/3 cup real mayonnaise
1/3 cup Western Family ketchup
Capful of milk
3 dashes of Tabasco sauce
Mix ingredients and serve with tater-tots or crinkle-cut French fries. Yum!

I'll never forget when you guys gave us "Some Dude's Fry Sauce" back in Alabama. We thought it was so weird and frankly disgusting. Little did I know that in a few years I'd never be able to eat fries without it!!!
Yummy, yummy! However - don't buy the kind that's sold in the stores - fresh pumped or home-made is the way to go!
I'm not really liking Arctic Circle's Yukon Gold French fries though. Ma
Your post made me so hungry Jen! Love you!
Fry sauce is one of my favorite Utah-isms. Another good variation is to add some barbeque sauce to the traditional ketchup/mayo mix. I learned that one from Aja's family and it's a keeper, I assure you.
Sounds good! Thanks! :o)
